SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Program
Program Description
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS and/or WhatsApp messages from Mind DMC, including:
- One-time verification codes (OTP) for account security
- Booking confirmations and updates
- Travel itinerary notifications
- Customer service responses
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and bookings. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Mind DMC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging rates.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from Mind DMC
- Contacting us at info@minddmc.com
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing messages. You may still receive transactional messages required for service (e.g., security alerts).
Help and Support
For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or email info@minddmc.com.
Supported Carriers
Mind DMC SMS is compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings and Payments
All travel bookings are subject to the terms of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Mind DMC acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party service quality.
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability and supplier confirmation
- Payments are processed according to the terms presented at the time of booking
- Final pricing may be subject to taxes, fees, and supplier surcharges
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by booking. Refer to specific booking details for applicable cancellation fees.
Tip: Always review your booking confirmation for the supplier-specific cancellation window, refund eligibility, and any non-refundable components before confirming.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on Mind DMC are the property of MIND TRAVEL TECH LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mind DMC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Submit malicious code or content
Termination
